As a digital media artist and researcher, Solimán develops digital works, performances, interactive and multimedia pieces that explore the social changes arising from the digital revolution and the technological paradigm shift. His work integrates technologies such as virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence, telepresence and real-time connection, while exploring their impact on society and individual psychology.

Solimán López is a conceptual artist specializing in new media and a researcher focusing on science, biotechnology, Web3.0, interactives and digital art. Founder of the Harddiskmuseum, OLEA bio token and Introns DNA digital entities, he is also Director of Innovation at ESAT (Escuela Superior de Arte y Tecnología).

His international career is marked by appearances at festivals, biennales, art centers, events and museums in countries such as Spain, the USA, China, South Korea, France, Argentina, Brazil, Germany, Japan, Turkey, Switzerland and many others. Notable events include the Biennale de l'Art Numérique in Brazil (2019 and 2022), the Biennale Nemo in Paris, the Chronus Art Center in Shanghai, the ZKM in Karlsruhe, Ars Electronica in Austria, the Hermitage in St. Petersburg, the Centre Pompidou in Paris and many other prestigious venues. As a researcher, he has shared his expertise at institutions such as UFSM University in Brazil, Carlos III University in Madrid, Google Campus Madrid, Fundación Bancaja, Technarte Bilbao, MediaLab Prado Madrid, and many others. In 2019, he became the first artist to sell an NFT at a contemporary art fair, at ARCO Madrid. His innovative approach continues to push back the boundaries between art, technology and society.
